Our Member Information Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm (closed Saturday) during normal business days. To contact the Member Information Center, please call 804.359.8754 (or 800.230.4819) and select option 3 during normal business hours, or to send an email click here.

For directions to our offices and other surcharge-free ATMs, you may search using our Branchmap tool below.  Please note New Generations charges a $1 fee for using a non-New Generations FCU ATM if the institution does not participate in the Credit Union Service Center Network.  Locations are as follows:

Southside  141 E. Belt Boulevard
Chesterfield  801 Branchway Road
John Marshall High School  4225 Old Brook Road - Available only to students & faculty of JMHS

New Generations' members may use any Credit Union Service Center (CUSC) office to conduct routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and balance inquiries, although it should be noted that the fifth and each subsequent withdrawal conducted at a CUSC office during a calendar month will incur a fee of $2.00.
